Bryant Aplass is a visionary entrepreneur, real estate investor, and business leader whose career spans more than two decades across manufacturing, real estate development, and private equity fund management. His entrepreneurial journey began in 2002 while attending Washington State University, where he earned dual degrees in Human Resources and Business Management. By his early twenties, he launched and scaled a global apparel manufacturing company that supplied licensed merchandise to the NFL, NBA, MLB, Olympic teams, Fortune 500 companies, and major retailers worldwide. After 15 years of rapid expansion and international distribution success, Bryant sold the company in 2017. Transitioning full-time into real estate, Bryant followed a passion that began early—purchasing his first home in Arizona at 21 and his first commercial building at 25. Since then, he has completed hundreds of commercial and residential transactions, accumulated nearly 1000 multifamily doors, and added multiple retail NNN assets to his portfolio. As a $50MM equity fund manager now on his third successful real estate fund, Bryant has closed hundreds of millions in real estate transactions and is also a licensed Realtor in the State of Arizona. Bryant’s mission extends beyond financial returns. He is dedicated to revitalizing communities through hands-on investment strategies, innovative land packaging, and the creation of attainable housing options. His leadership philosophy centers on family-focused values, sustainable growth, and creating long-term impact for investors, tenants, and neighborhoods alike. A self-made success with a relentless drive for excellence, Bryant is known for integrity, innovation, and empowering teams. His work continues to inspire others to redefine success—not just through wealth creation, but through meaningful, lasting change.
