Bryant Aplass’ career began in the clothing business. Sophomore year of college at Washington State, Bryant started his own screen printing company, Explosion Sportswear. By the time Bryant was 28, he was one of the leading clothing providers for the NFL, NBA, MLB, Olympics team USA and more. In 2017, Bryant sold his clothing company and made the switch to real estate. Bryant has done over 200 real estate transactions as a realtor, and is the owner and co-owner of multiple successful real estate companies.
Kristian has been active in the commercial real estate industry for almost 20 years. His extensive brokerage work focused on retail and shopping center development having worked under a number of the most reputable developers in Arizona. Kristian’s considerable development work includes ground-up single-tenant projects, large scale shopping centers and the renovating and repositioning of existing retail and restaurant properties in multiple markets including Oregon, Utah, Colorado, Texas and Arizona.
Phil has been active in the commercial real estate industry for over 20 years. His extensive brokerage work has evolved into a professional expertise in tenant representation and the development of single tenant NNN assets. Phil’s considerable development work includes dozens of ground-up single-tenant projects in multiple markets including California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Nevada and Arizona.
